The Toray FP-260 is a High Sensitivity Toxic Gas Monitor idea for low gas concentration. It is a highly sensitive gas monitor which uses a special technique for detecting C5F8, C4F6 or C3F6 into more readily detectable compounds. Ideal for monitoring semiconductor lab clean rooms. Minimal interference from solvents such as Fluorinert and Galden.
